The Sage Riders Motorcycle Club was formed in 1980 with it’s first president being Robert Hutchings.
The club’s first race was a motocross held at the “Lark” track near Lehi.
Preston Gerber took over as club president in 1981 and the club sponsored it’s first desert race

From time to time we have club sponsored rides.
These rides are guided and well planed out.
They usually have some history included about the area and the reason the trail system is open.

Mark your calendars on July 19 & 20th for a summer mountain ride to Daniel's Summit Lodge.

Ride your favorite singletrack to Daniel's Summit and we'll all meet up for dinner, hottub and a night's stay at the Lodge. Those who can ride again on Sunday can take the same or a different route back to their vehicles. Non-riders can drive to the lodge and meet the riders for the Lodge festivities.
Salt Lake & Utah County riders will probably want to ride Hobble Creek or Maple Canyon. The Carbon & Emery riders will probably start at Soldier's Summit and ride the GWT to Center Trail and then on to Daniel's Summit. I'll let each group decide which trails to use, we'll just all plan to meet at Daniel's Summit before darkness sets in.
